I feel like something's off with this polish, though, even if application was smooth in three coats. Could it be the lack of shine?
But then again, a top coat can always fix that.
Idk, I just feel like there's something wrong with it. I wonder if any other brands have this color?

& drying time takes a lot of time...
I saw this at Watson's SM Hypermart today. Good thing I didn't pick it up. I was made curious by the stunning shade, at least in the bottle; but I kinda had this feeling I won't be able to rock it.
Even if something isn't quite right with the polish, it is a stunning shade of blue!

It is a beautiful shade of blue. Nothing a nice glossy top coat won't fix
It's quite sheer so I don't use it alone. But it's very good for frankening! I used this when I mixed a Chanel Jade dupe.
